Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

 Ingredients |
  • 2 cup Pamela's All Purpose Baking flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

 Instructions |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice and mix until well combined. Fold in chips, saving a few to sprinkle on top of the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes and allow to cool completely before cutting.
