Super Easy Avocado and Black Bean Dip8:40 PM
Football season is HERE!!
And that calls for BBQ and lots and lots of finger foods!! I wanted to share this really yummy, quick and HEALTHY snack. I hope you enjoy it!!
1 whole avocado
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn
1 large tomato diced(I prefer heirloom)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
juice from half of a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix it all together and chill for a bit. Its waaay better nice and cold!
