My Daughter's Favorite FOODS!

6:13 PM

Having a toddler I often find it hard to come up with different foods to give her. For the past month or so Ive tried to come up with new and creative food ideas for her. I though I would list them for you:

*Whole wheat pasta with butter, Parmesan cheese, and Peas.
*Ground turkey burger
*Steamed zucchini with parm. sprinkled on top.
*Steamed butter nut squash, cut into cubes with butter.
*Cauliflower mashed potatoes (Steamed cauliflower with butter, sour cream and a splash of milk, whip with your mixer/blender.)
*Organic Chicken Broth(On cold days or when Liv has a cold I put chicken broth in a sippy cup)
*Grilled Chicken(Cut into tiny chunks)
*Steamed rice(Prepared any way, Liv likes it plain)
*Steamed Potatoes( I cut the potatoes into cubes and steam them. They make great finger foods.)
*Turkey roll ups(Turkey and cheese rolled up)
*Corn on the COBB( She loves to eat right off the Cobb)
*Hard boiled Eggs (Great finger food)
*Whole Wheat French Toast
*Cottage Cheese
*Avocado and cucomber

I LEAVE ALL SALT OUT WHEN PREPARING HER MEALS, ITS REALLY NOT NECESSARY TO ADD SALT AT THIS AGE, AND I ALSO TRY AND ONLY USE ORGANIC FOODS. HOPE I GAVE YOU SOME IDEAS TO ADD TO YOUR TODDLERS DIET!
